Four weeks in Italy. Sounds like a dream, right? Well, it was.

We had the best time revisiting some favorite places like Venice and experiencing new ones, like Treviso and Camogli. Since we arrived in Italy at the end of March, we expected colder weather, but it was colder than normal, but coming from Florida, we knew enough not to bring any warm-weather clothing. We were prepared, and we wore leggings under our pants, UnderArmour, scarves, jackets, hats, and gloves. We were not going to let anything get in the way of a good time.

I took tons of photos and videos, easy to do with an iPhone. While in Italy, I posted on Facebook and Instagram, knowing I’d have no time to write blog posts. So over the next few blog posts, I will post photos and captions from some of our adventures. Enjoy.
Our first stop was Venice for five nights, allowing us time for a visit to the island of Murano and a day trip to the town of Treviso, somewhere I’ve never been.

Venice never disappoints. I could spend weeks here.

Next stop Parma with day trips to Milan and Modena. Stay tuned.
Grazie for all your support. Ciao for now.
