I love taking random photographs of people in the street. I found these taxi drivers waiting for their next fare at the Verona train station.

Here is a typical scene in front of a newspaper shop or tabacchi.

You can sell anything in Italy out of the back of a truck!! Here is another one of those 3-wheeled trucks called “Apes”. I knew I had this photo but couldn’t locate it when I wrote the post on these little trucks. I am going back and adding it now to that post.

I have posted this one before but it is a favorite of mine.

It’s always busy at Piazza delle Erbe in Verona.

Great photos. I’ve not been to Verona, but it looks interesting. Love the shoe pic. 😉

Yes, I also love the old shoes, young shoes photo…very clever and in sync.

Loved the apes. Reminds me of the flat bed horse drawn vegie, fruit and egg cart that made the rounds three days a week during 9 months of the summer (in Miami). Most foods around the world start with similar ingredients and so it is always amazing at how different it is used in different countries. Loved the shoes, Italy is well known for shoe leather but purses are also famous. More purses please. Perhaps coordinated.
